We had a lot of fun today with our little Kindergarten buddies. We went outside and had an egg hunt with them. A reminder that there is no school on Monday next week. Wednesday

In Fine Arts this morning we worked on finishing our 3D abstract designs. We also started to work on our crayon projects. Thank you to those who donated crayons to make this project possible. I am also looking for a blow dryer for art projects in the classroom if anyone has an extra one that they would like to donate. Homework tonight: - home reading - math 4p. 179 #1-5, 5p. 175 #1-3, 6p. 188 #1-13 - WITW and map due tomorrow - French spring vocab poster due tomorrow - library tomorrow - please return overdue books We are still needing volunteers to help us at the fun fair. Tuesday

Today in Fine Arts we started working on a 3D project. All of the students are working with fraction, ratio and percent and should be practicing in the evenings on mathfrog. Homework tonight: - home reading - math 5p. 172#1-12, 6p. 185 #1-2 Have a good night!

Monday March 25

It sounds like everyone had a wonderful Spring Break. Today, the children worked very quietly for most of the day, I think that they are still tired from their holiday. Thursday

We had a lesson on the french preposition "sur" today. Please ask your child if they can tell you what it means. We also wrote a letter to the class across the hall today inviting them to join us to watch a movie tomorrow afternoon. If your child would like to bring their own individual snack that would be okay. Homework tonight: - home reading - science test tomorrow - math test for year 4 and 5 tomorrow - novel study completed up to and including question 9 - one map completed - subway day tomorrow Have a great night!
