Monday

The last Monday of the 2011 school year! It is also the start of a very busy week! Tomorrow we are off to the Art Gallery for the Emily Carr documentary. Your child has made a note in his/her agenda to remind those who are driving. I would like to leave the school shortly after 9:30 as the film is going to be starting at 10:00 and this will give us time to get downtown and find parking. As the week is so busy we will not be having spelling words this week, but will pick up spelling again in the new year. Homework tonight:

- home reading
- mathletics
- type Snowman

Have a wonderful afternoon and evening!

Friday

It was a busy day today. We decided that since the next week is going to be even busier that we will change some of the due dates. The time lines are now due on January 9 and the division booklets are due on Jan. 16 with a quiz on Jan. 19. I hope that this will cut down on some of the anxiety. Homework tonight:

- home reading (read out loud at least one night)
- mathletics
- type Snowman, if you have access to school account from home (we won't have a ton of time for this next week)
- French Songs

Have a great weekend!
