Today we did some role playing when talking about bullying to practice being assertive. The steps we talked about when talking to a bully were standing tall, looking at the person's face, using a strong voice, think "I can do this" and say the person's name and name the behavior that you want them to stop. Homework tonight:

- mathletics
- spelling dictation - worksheet due tomorrow
- WITW/Canadian Reader map due tomorrow
- novel study groups meeting tomorrow: Mouse (up to Ch.5), Old Yeller (Ch.3), Island of the Blue Dolphins (up to Ch. 5)
- division book if not done
- pizza day tomorrow
