Butter Tart Recipe

1/2 butter 2 eggs 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 coconut 1 cup raisins (I usually soak them first to plump them up, pour boiling water over and let sit) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla Mix together and fill tart shells 2/3 full. Bake in oven for 450 for 10 minutes then drop the temperature to 425 for 10 minutes.
