Today the children wrote their unit test on Sound. We will be looking at Light for our next unit. We also did some baking in the class today. We made Chocolate Cake using a recipe from Veterans Affairs Canada. We discussed how during war times food was rationed and people did not always have the ingredients we use today. This cake contained no dairy and no eggs. I will post the recipe in another post. Homework this weekend: - home reading (I have not received book reviews from some students yet this year. If your child is reading please remind them to complete a book review page when they have completed a book) - ancient civilization paragraphs will be due Wednesday if they have not already been handed in - Remembrance package if not completed Have a wonderful weekend.
